These Terms govern speedy-plugins.com and WordPress plugins distributed by Speedy Plugins, including Metis AI Community, Speedy AB Test and other catalog products, together with their updates, licenses, support and services.
Product and offer-specific conditions disclosed before purchase supplement these Terms. In a conflict, expressly accepted specific conditions prevail, subject to mandatory rights. The order summary identifies the product and plan purchased.

1. Age and legal capacity
Products are intended for adults with legal capacity to enter into contracts. Anyone purchasing for an organization must be authorized to represent it.
2. Products, editions and plans
Speedy Plugins offers multiple WordPress plugins, including Metis AI Community and Speedy AB Test. Editions, features, website limits, duration and included services are those specified on the relevant product page and in the order summary at purchase. A license covers the purchased product, not the entire catalog, unless an expressly identified bundle applies. Use on client websites is allowed where the plan provides for it, without reselling or transferring the commercial key as a standalone product.
3. Subscription duration and renewal
For subscription products, duration, price and automatic renewal are disclosed before purchase. Annual subscriptions renew each year unless renewal is disabled before the due date. You can disable renewal through available account controls or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not normally end the period already paid for. Automatic renewal does not apply to offers expressly sold as a one-time payment.
4. Expiry and non-renewal
On expiry, subscription updates, new releases and included support end. Continued operation of the installed version and any remote services follows the product-specific terms disclosed before purchase. Compatibility with future WordPress versions or external services is not guaranteed. Expiry of commercial services does not restrict rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
5. Prices, Taxes and Currency
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed to consumers are intended to include applicable VAT where required. The principal commercial currency may be displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The amount actually charged, applicable taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider fees may depend on the purchaser’s country and the payment service used.
Where a customer requests an invoice, the customer must provide complete and accurate billing and tax information.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal under their respective terms. For subscriptions whose automatic renewal was accepted at purchase, the provider is authorized to charge the disclosed amounts on scheduled renewal dates until renewal is disabled.
7. Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee
Consumers receive a voluntary money-back guarantee on their first paid purchase of each Speedy Plugins product, or their first purchase of a bundle sold as a single offer. Requests must be sent to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason, even if the plugin has already been downloaded, installed or used. This guarantee does not apply to renewals or purchases made for business or professional purposes. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
8. Withdrawal and consumer rights
Mandatory withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected. For digital content, downloading or use alone is not treated as an automatic waiver of withdrawal: any loss of that right requires the conditions and consent prescribed by law. The voluntary guarantee is additional to these rights.
9. License activation and verification
Where required by the product, licenses need activation and periodic verification. Technical data may include the key, domain or URL, license status and plugin version, as needed for verification and updates. Controls governing access to commercial services must not be bypassed. Rights in open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
10. Permitted use and commercial limits
Plan website limits govern activations and access to updates, support and commercial services. You may not share or resell the same key to third parties outside the plan, claim to be an authorized reseller without permission, or use services for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activities. Rights granted by open-source licenses for software components remain unaffected.
11. Open-Source Components
Certain software components of our plugins may be distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other open-source licenses, as required or appropriate for WordPress-compatible software.
Where an open-source license applies to a software component, that license governs your rights to that component. These Terms separately govern commercial subscription entitlements such as license activation, updates, support, hosted services, proprietary services, account access and other contractual benefits supplied by 3B Solutions.
12. Updates and product changes
Updates included in the plan are available during the purchased term. We may change products for security, compatibility or development without impairing mandatory rights or arbitrarily removing purchased performance. Material changes to ongoing services are subject to legally required information and protections.
13. Support
Support is included with an active paid subscription and is provided by email at [email protected].
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a specific response or resolution time.
Support may require technical information or temporary access to a customer’s WordPress installation. Customers remain responsible for maintaining backups and appropriate access controls.
14. WordPress, Themes and Third-Party Compatibility
Our plugins operate in an ecosystem that may include WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting environments and external services maintained by third parties.
We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with every current or future:
- WordPress version;
- theme;
- third-party plugin;
- hosting configuration;
- browser/device;
- AI provider;
- payment provider;
- video provider;
- third-party API or service.
Changes introduced by WordPress, WooCommerce, FluentCart, AI providers, YouTube, Bunny, hosting providers or other third parties may temporarily affect functionality until an update or compatibility fix is available.
15. No Guaranteed Uptime
We aim to provide reliable licensing, website, community and related services, but we do not guarantee 100% availability or uninterrupted operation.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance, security incidents, hosting issues, internet failures, third-party services, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Integrations and product-specific features
Integrations are available only in products and editions that include them. For example, Metis may integrate WooCommerce or FluentCart for course and group access. These features are not automatically included in other plugins. Customers must comply with external service requirements and terms; our mandatory responsibilities for the supplied product remain unaffected.
17. Migrations and imports
Migration and import tools, including FluentCommunity migration in Metis where available, apply only to the specified product and edition. A complete backup and verification of results are required. Perfect conversion in every third-party configuration is not guaranteed.
18. Artificial intelligence features
This section applies only to plugins and plans with AI features. If features require an external account or API key, the customer is responsible for managing it, associated charges and the lawfulness of submitted data. Information needed for the feature, such as content, transcripts or questions, may be sent to the configured provider. A plugin license does not automatically include AI services or credits.
19. AI Output Disclaimer
Artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or inappropriate output. AI-generated responses are provided as assistance and must not be treated as guaranteed facts, professional advice or a substitute for human judgment.
Customers and users remain responsible for evaluating AI output before relying on, publishing or acting upon it.
20. Data processed on customer websites
Customers using plugins on their own websites are responsible for their privacy notices, legal bases, consents and integration settings. This applies to community members and students as well as visitors, contacts and test data managed by other plugins. Purchasing does not automatically transfer control of customer website data to 3B Solutions.
21. Content and test results
Where community features are available, users remain responsible for published content; unlawful or infringing content, malware, spam and abuse are prohibited. We may moderate our official communities. For Speedy AB Test and other comparison tools, results depend on collected data and configuration: we do not guarantee increased conversions, revenue or statistical validity for every test.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our hosted/community services or support in cases of fraud, abusive conduct, security threats, serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, illegal activity or misuse of our systems.
23. Backups and Data Loss
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own WordPress website, database and files before installing updates, carrying out migrations or making material configuration changes.
Our software is not a substitute for a professional backup or disaster-recovery solution.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speedy Plugins software and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every third-party product or suitable for every specific business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded for consumers.
25. Limitation of liability
For professional customers and to the extent legally permitted, indirect losses are excluded and aggregate liability for the affected product is limited to amounts actually paid for it in the 12 months preceding the event. These limits do not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited and do not impair mandatory consumer rights.
26. Indemnity for Business Users
To the extent permitted by law, business and professional users agree to indemnify 3B Solutions against third-party claims arising directly from their unlawful use of Speedy Plugins products, unlawful content, violation of third-party rights or unlawful processing of their users’ data.
27. Changes to Prices
We may change subscription prices in the future. Where a price change affects an existing renewal, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law or our payment/subscription systems.
A changed renewal price will not retroactively alter a subscription period that has already been paid.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary due to changes in our products, law, security, third-party services or our commercial model.
Material changes will apply prospectively and, where required, users will be notified before they become effective.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
30. Jurisdiction
For business and professional customers, the courts of Messina, Italy will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
For consumers, the competent court will be determined according to applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules, including any mandatory right of the consumer to bring or defend proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
31. Worldwide Availability
Speedy Plugins products may be purchased and used internationally. You are responsible for determining whether your use of Speedy Plugins products complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

I presenti Termini disciplinano il sito speedy-plugins.com e i plugin WordPress distribuiti da Speedy Plugins, inclusi Metis AI Community, Speedy AB Test e gli altri prodotti del catalogo, con i relativi aggiornamenti, licenze, supporto e servizi.
Le condizioni specifiche del prodotto e dell’offerta comunicate prima dell’acquisto integrano questi Termini. In caso di contrasto prevalgono le condizioni specifiche espressamente accettate, fatti salvi i diritti inderogabili. Il riepilogo dell’ordine identifica prodotto e piano acquistati.

1. Requisiti di età e capacità
I prodotti sono destinati a utenti maggiorenni con capacità di concludere contratti. Chi acquista per un’organizzazione deve essere autorizzato a rappresentarla.
2. Prodotti, edizioni e piani
Speedy Plugins commercializza più plugin WordPress, tra cui Metis AI Community e Speedy AB Test. Edizioni, funzionalità, numero di siti, durata e servizi inclusi sono quelli indicati nella pagina del singolo prodotto e nel riepilogo dell’ordine al momento dell’acquisto. Una licenza riguarda il prodotto acquistato, non l’intero catalogo, salvo bundle espressamente indicati. L’uso sui siti dei clienti è ammesso quando previsto dal piano, senza rivendere o trasferire la chiave commerciale come prodotto autonomo.
3. Durata e rinnovo degli abbonamenti
Per i prodotti venduti in abbonamento, durata, prezzo e rinnovo automatico sono indicati prima dell’acquisto. Gli abbonamenti annuali si rinnovano ogni anno salvo disattivazione prima della scadenza. Puoi disattivare il rinnovo dalle funzioni disponibili nel tuo account oppure scrivendo a [email protected]. La disattivazione impedisce il rinnovo successivo e non interrompe normalmente il periodo già pagato. Il rinnovo automatico non si applica a offerte espressamente vendute come pagamento unico.
4. Scadenza e mancato rinnovo
Alla scadenza cessano gli aggiornamenti, le nuove versioni e il supporto inclusi nell’abbonamento. Il funzionamento della versione installata e di eventuali servizi remoti segue le condizioni del singolo prodotto comunicate prima dell’acquisto. Non è garantita la compatibilità con future versioni di WordPress o servizi esterni. La scadenza dei servizi commerciali non limita i diritti concessi dalle licenze open source applicabili.
5. Prezzi, imposte e valuta
Salvo diversa indicazione espressa, i prezzi mostrati ai consumatori sono da intendersi comprensivi dell’IVA applicabile quando richiesto. La valuta commerciale principale può essere espressa in dollari statunitensi (USD).
6. Pagamenti
I pagamenti sono elaborati tramite Stripe o PayPal secondo le rispettive condizioni. Per gli abbonamenti con rinnovo automatico accettato all’acquisto, il provider è autorizzato ad addebitare gli importi alle scadenze comunicate fino alla disattivazione del rinnovo.
7. Garanzia volontaria di rimborso di 14 giorni
I consumatori beneficiano di una garanzia volontaria di rimborso sul primo acquisto a pagamento di ciascun plugin Speedy Plugins, o sul primo acquisto del bundle quando venduto come offerta unica. La richiesta va inviata a [email protected] entro 14 giorni di calendario dall’acquisto, senza necessità di motivazione, anche se il plugin è già stato scaricato, installato o utilizzato. La garanzia non si applica ai rinnovi né agli acquisti effettuati nell’esercizio di attività imprenditoriale o professionale. Non limita i diritti inderogabili del consumatore.
8. Recesso e diritti del consumatore
Restano fermi i diritti inderogabili di recesso e conformità. Per i contenuti digitali, il solo download o utilizzo non viene considerato automaticamente una rinuncia al recesso: l’eventuale perdita del diritto richiede le condizioni e le manifestazioni di consenso previste dalla legge. La garanzia volontaria si aggiunge a tali diritti.
9. Attivazione e verifica delle licenze
Quando previsto dal prodotto, la licenza richiede attivazione e verifiche periodiche. I dati tecnici possono comprendere chiave, dominio o URL, stato della licenza e versione del plugin, nei limiti necessari a verifiche e aggiornamenti. Non è consentito eludere i controlli che regolano l’accesso ai servizi commerciali. I diritti sui componenti open source restano disciplinati dalle rispettive licenze.
10. Uso consentito e limiti commerciali
I limiti di siti del piano regolano attivazioni e accesso a aggiornamenti, supporto e servizi commerciali. Non puoi condividere o rivendere la stessa chiave a terzi estranei al piano, presentarti come rivenditore autorizzato senza autorizzazione o usare i servizi per attività illecite, abusive o fraudolente. Restano salvi i diritti concessi dalle licenze open source sui componenti software.
11. Componenti open source
Alcuni componenti software dei nostri plugin possono essere distribuiti ai sensi della GNU General Public License (GPL) o di altre licenze open source. Quando una licenza open source si applica, essa disciplina i diritti relativi a quel componente.
12. Aggiornamenti e modifiche del prodotto
Durante il periodo acquistato sono disponibili gli aggiornamenti inclusi nel piano. Possiamo modificare il prodotto per sicurezza, compatibilità o sviluppo, senza pregiudicare i diritti inderogabili né eliminare arbitrariamente le prestazioni acquistate. Per modifiche sostanziali ai servizi in corso sono fornite le informazioni e le tutele richieste dalla legge.
13. Supporto
Il supporto è incluso con un abbonamento a pagamento attivo ed è fornito via email a [email protected] su base best effort, senza tempi specifici garantiti di risposta o risoluzione.
14. Compatibilità con terze parti
Non garantiamo compatibilità permanente con ogni versione di WordPress, tema, plugin, hosting, browser, provider IA, provider di pagamento, provider video, API o servizio di terze parti.
15. Nessuna garanzia di uptime
Non garantiamo una disponibilità del 100% o un funzionamento ininterrotto dei servizi di licensing, sito, community o servizi correlati.
16. Integrazioni e funzioni specifiche
Le integrazioni sono disponibili solo nei prodotti e nelle edizioni che le prevedono. Ad esempio, Metis può integrare WooCommerce o FluentCart per gli accessi a corsi e gruppi. Tali funzioni non sono incluse automaticamente negli altri plugin. Il cliente deve rispettare requisiti e condizioni dei servizi esterni; restano ferme le nostre responsabilità inderogabili per il prodotto fornito.
17. Migrazioni e importazioni
Gli strumenti di migrazione e importazione, inclusa la migrazione da FluentCommunity in Metis quando disponibile, riguardano soltanto il prodotto e l’edizione indicati. Prima dell’utilizzo occorre un backup completo e una verifica dei risultati. Non è garantita una conversione perfetta in ogni configurazione di terze parti.
18. Funzionalità di intelligenza artificiale
Questa sezione si applica soltanto ai plugin e ai piani dotati di IA. Se le funzioni richiedono un account o una chiave API esterni, il cliente è responsabile della loro gestione, dei relativi costi e della liceità dei dati inviati. Le informazioni necessarie alla funzione, come contenuti, trascrizioni o domande, possono essere trasmesse al provider configurato. Una licenza di un plugin non include automaticamente servizi o crediti IA.
19. Disclaimer sugli output IA
L’intelligenza artificiale può produrre output inesatti, incompleti, non aggiornati, fuorvianti o inappropriati. Gli output IA non costituiscono fatti garantiti, consulenza professionale o sostituti del giudizio umano.
20. Dati trattati sui siti dei clienti
Il cliente che utilizza i plugin sul proprio sito è responsabile delle proprie informative, basi giuridiche, consensi e configurazioni delle integrazioni. Ciò vale sia per membri e studenti di una community sia per visitatori, contatti e dati dei test gestiti da altri plugin. L’acquisto non trasferisce automaticamente a 3B Solutions il controllo dei dati del sito del cliente.
21. Contenuti e risultati dei test
Dove sono disponibili funzioni community, gli utenti restano responsabili dei contenuti pubblicati; sono vietati contenuti illeciti, lesivi di diritti, malware, spam e abusi. Possiamo moderare le nostre community ufficiali. Per Speedy AB Test e altri strumenti di confronto, i risultati dipendono dai dati raccolti e dalla configurazione: non garantiamo aumenti di conversioni, ricavi o validità statistica di ogni test.
22. Sospensione e cessazione
Possiamo sospendere o terminare l’accesso ai nostri servizi ospitati/community o al supporto in caso di frode, condotta abusiva, minacce alla sicurezza, grave violazione dei presenti Termini, mancato pagamento, attività illecita o uso improprio dei nostri sistemi.
23. Backup e perdita di dati
Il cliente è responsabile del mantenimento di backup adeguati del proprio sito WordPress, database e file prima di aggiornamenti, migrazioni o modifiche importanti.
24. Esclusione di garanzie
Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, i plugin Speedy Plugins e i servizi correlati sono forniti “così come sono” e “come disponibili”. Non garantiamo che il software sia privo di errori, sempre disponibile, compatibile con ogni prodotto di terze parti o adatto a ogni specifica finalità commerciale.
25. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei rapporti con clienti professionali e nella misura consentita dalla legge, sono esclusi i danni indiretti e la responsabilità complessiva relativa al prodotto interessato è limitata agli importi effettivamente pagati per tale prodotto nei 12 mesi precedenti l’evento. Questi limiti non si applicano a dolo, colpa grave o responsabilità non limitabili per legge e non pregiudicano i diritti inderogabili dei consumatori.
26. Manleva per utenti business
Nella misura consentita dalla legge, gli utenti business e professionali accettano di manlevare 3B Solutions da pretese di terzi derivanti direttamente dall’utilizzo illecito dei prodotti Speedy Plugins, da contenuti illeciti, dalla violazione di diritti di terzi o dal trattamento illecito dei dati dei propri utenti.
27. Modifiche dei prezzi
Possiamo modificare in futuro i prezzi degli abbonamenti. Quando una modifica incide su un rinnovo esistente, forniremo un ragionevole preavviso ove richiesto.
28. Modifiche ai presenti Termini
Possiamo aggiornare i presenti Termini quando ragionevolmente necessario a seguito di modifiche dei nostri prodotti, della normativa, della sicurezza, dei servizi di terze parti o del nostro modello commerciale.
29. Legge applicabile
I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana, fatti salvi i diritti inderogabili del consumatore eventualmente applicabili nel Paese di residenza.
30. Foro competente
Per clienti business e professionali, il foro di Messina, Italia sarà competente in via esclusiva, salvo diversa previsione inderogabile. Per i consumatori si applicano le norme inderogabili sul foro competente.
31. Disponibilità internazionale
I prodotti Speedy Plugins possono essere acquistati e utilizzati a livello internazionale. Sei responsabile di verificare che il tuo utilizzo sia conforme alle leggi applicabili nella tua giurisdizione.
